SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING - Australia and New Zealand


•    We offer free standard shipping to all Australian and New Zealand customers for orders over $99.


•    Flat rate shipping of $9.90 for all orders under $99.


•    Orders are processed next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).


•    Standard shipping for orders placed on www.igpsport.com.au is by Australia Post.


•    All items are sent with tracking.

Shipping Times
•    Australia – For Australian customers please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery.
•    New Zealand – For NZ customers please allow 9 to 15 business days for delivery.

Please note:
•    We currently do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
•    New Zealand customers - We are not responsible for your local duties or taxes. If in doubt check with your local customs office for rates.

FAULTS
Our products are manufactured and tested to the highest standards. If at any time you believe there is a fault with any of our products, please contact us at

CHANGE OF MIND
In the event you change your mind we will accept a return of our products under the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase must be presented, including but not limited to a receipt or sales invoice.

  • The product must be returned in the original unopened packaging. All original factory seals must be intact.

  • Pack the item(s) safely for shipping, to prevent damage during transport. Items should be returned in either their original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection. iGPSPORT Australia reserves the right to not accept returns that are damaged during postage, as a result of not being properly packaged for shipping.

  • Any items returned are done so at your own expense (for example packaging and shipping costs). We recommend any products returned are shipped with tracking. However, we reserve the right to reimburse you for any shipping costs.

  • iGPSPORT Australia reserves the right to refuse any return refund request for any items that are lost or damaged during transit.

 

On receipt of the items, an iGPSPORT team member will inspect the items. If the above conditions have been satisfied a refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
